Particularly, heating modernization in housing companies and installation of residential ventilation in renovated buildings count among our core competencies here. The large prefabricated housing settlements along Frankfurter Allee and in old Lichtenberg are currently being gradually energy-renovated – we work as a subcontractor for property management companies and housing construction companies and assume complete HVAC coordination for entire stairwells or blocks.

Around the upgraded Ostkreuz area, numerous new construction projects are also emerging, where we advise builders and project developers already in the execution planning phase and deliver complete building technology installation according to BEG standard.
