We work independently of manufacturers and recommend the best solution for your project. Our preferred partners include Viessmann, Vaillant, Buderus, Bosch, GROHE, Daikin, Duravit and Geberit, and in the electrical sector Hager and Gira.
Yes! We support you in applying for KfW, BAFA and BEG subsidies. For heating modernisation, grants of up to 70% are possible. Subsidy consulting is part of our service.
We are an engineering and master craftsman company in one and cover all trades: heating, bathroom, electrical, AC and renovation. You have a single point of contact from planning to handover, transparent fixed prices and fast communication. And we actually respond within 24 hours.
We combine two qualifications: our engineers plan your project to a high technical standard and coordinate all trades, while our master craftsmen ensure professional execution. The Master's certificate is also a requirement for many subsidies like the BEG.
BEG (Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings) provides subsidies up to 70% for heating modernisation and heat pumps. All homeowners and tenants in Germany are eligible. We handle the complete application process so you get the maximum funding.
