Schöneberg is our home district – our office is located here and we know every building type: from the turn-of-the-century villa at Bavarian Square to the new apartment at Nollendorfplatz.

Short distances, quick response times, and personal service are standard for us in Schöneberg. The district combines buildings from four eras: Wilhelmine rental houses north of Winterfeldtplatz, compact post-war West Berlin construction from the 1950s, occasional prefabricated concrete buildings near Rudolph-Wilde Park, and newer owner-occupied residential complexes around the area near Central Station.

Particularly with 1950s and 1960s construction, radiators and piping are often still original – we replace these efficiently and integrate modern thermostatic valves and hydraulic balancing, which significantly reduces energy consumption.
