Our Story
The idea for Montali SHK came from a simple experience:
Anyone who needs a tradesperson today often experiences long waiting times, unclear quotes and poor communication.
As engineers and business economists, we previously worked in leadership roles building Europe's largest energy company. During that time, our daily work was strongly driven by one central goal: consistently putting customer satisfaction at the centre of everything.
From the first customer contact through planning to installation, every day was about optimising processes, ensuring quality and continuously improving customer experiences. It was exactly this experience – proximity to the customer, speed of execution and clear communication – that showed us how much potential lies in the trades.
With Montali SHK, we want to transfer these principles from the very start into a modern SHK company.
