Lichterfelde is characterized by a mix of garden-city architecture, villa neighborhoods, and modern residential blocks.

The character is less densely developed than in central districts but denser than suburban areas. We work in Lichterfelde with property management companies, private owners, and residential cooperatives.

In the villa area around Lichterfelde-Straße and toward Grunewald, we realize individual systems and modernization projects with higher design requirements. With residential blocks – particularly from the 1960s through 1980s – we handle worn-out heating boiler systems and replace them with modern condensing boilers or heat pumps. The good public transit connections via S-Bahn make Lichterfelde interesting for commercial customers, for whom we implement ventilation systems and climate control.
