In many cases, yes. For numerous BEG measures, involving an energy efficiency expert is mandatory, and the iSFP bonus requires a renovation roadmap. At the outset, we clarify which consultation is required for your planned measures.
From the initial consultation to the finished renovation roadmap usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and condition of your property. For the subsequent funding application, we allow an additional few weeks of processing time.
Yes. The energy consulting and the iSFP are prepared in a manufacturer-neutral way in line with the binding BAFA requirements – the recommendation is based solely on what is cost-effective for your building. Whether you then award the implementation to us is entirely your decision. The advantage: if you wish, you get analysis and implementation from a single source, with no loss of information.
