Tiergarten is Berlin's political center with government buildings, embassies, cultural institutions, and a mixed stock of older residential neighborhoods.

On the side of Alte Potsdamer Straße and the Government District, we primarily work on modern, technically demanding buildings with central heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems – often with district heating connection and high operational reliability requirements. In old Tiergarten – around Tiergarten Park and Moabit-Straße – by contrast, we encounter period rental buildings and renovated historic buildings, where we perform heating modernization and bathroom renovations.
