A single partition wall (e.g. 5–8 m²) including filling and sanding is typically ready in 1–2 days. Walls with soundproofing or integrated services can take 3–4 days. The filler then needs 24–48 hours to dry before painting.
A single-boarded partition wall including materials and installation typically costs between €60 and €100 per m². With soundproofing it can be €120–160 per m². We always provide a concrete fixed-price quote before work begins.
Erecting non-load-bearing plasterboard walls generally requires the landlord's consent. Structurally relevant changes always require a structural calculation and often planning permission. We advise you on the approval situation beforehand.
