Tempelhof has a distinctive profile: on one hand traditional working-class neighborhoods with period rental buildings, on the other hand the vast green space of Tempelhof Field and modern new construction neighborhoods.

Our primary focus in Tempelhof is on period building renovation in areas south of the Kurfürstendamm extension: heating modernization, pipe renovation, and ventilation systems for apartments with living-room-height ceilings and large spaces.
