Yes – with sufficient floor build-up height (from approx. 6 cm) wet-screed systems are possible. Alternatively, thin-bed systems with only 1–3 cm build-up height are available. We assess feasibility free of charge on site.
For a typical 3-room apartment (approx. 80 m²) installation takes 2–3 days; the subsequent screed curing takes 3–4 weeks.
Yes – in combination with a reversible heat pump, water-based underfloor heating can also be used for surface cooling in summer.
