We exclusively recommend systems from leading manufacturers (Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic) specifically optimized for office operation. During planning, we consider the outdoor unit position to minimize neighborhood noise.
For open-plan offices from about 50 m² we recommend multi-split systems or cassette ceiling air conditioners that cool and heat evenly across the entire space. For very large areas over 200 m² VRF/VRV systems are more economical, connecting multiple indoor units to a shared outdoor unit. We perform professional cooling load calculations for every space.
Yes, we offer customized maintenance contracts for office spaces covering all installed air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. Maintenance is performed at a fixed annual price, optionally outside office hours. You receive a digital protocol after each maintenance visit for documentation.
There are currently no direct federal subsidy programs for commercial air conditioning like there are for residential buildings. However, energy-efficient air conditioners can be deducted as business expenses. In some cases, KfW loans for energy efficiency measures in non-residential buildings may also be available. Yes, all work on air conditioning systems with F-gases (refrigerants) is performed by our F-gas certified technicians and documented in a refrigerant protocol. This documentation is required under EU F-gas regulations and is provided after each inspection. On request, we also prepare the refrigerant ID card for your system.
