For hotels, we recommend semi-annual to annual maintenance intervals depending on system type and age. Gas boilers and condensing technology should be serviced at least once yearly, ideally before the heating season. For heat pumps and oil heating, similar intervals apply. We create an individual maintenance schedule for your system.
Yes, for many hotel projects we retrofit individual room groups with quiet split air conditioning. Modern systems require only two wall holes (for refrigerant lines and condensate drainage) and can be installed in one day per room. We coordinate installation so only a limited number of rooms are blocked at a time.
